What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email, optionally a phone number, the message itself, and — if the inquiry concerns a specific painting — its title. The site does not actively collect any other personal data.

Why we process it

Solely to handle your inquiry (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).

Where it goes

The message is stored in our content management system (Directus) running on our own server, and is also emailed to the artist (via the Resend service). We do not share data with any other third party or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your inquiry, or longer if follow-up communication requires it (e.g. negotiating a sale). We'll delete it sooner on request (by email).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Just email the contact address listed on the Contact page.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use any tracking cookies. Where enabled, traffic is measured via cookieless analytics that does not collect personal data or store anything in your browser.
